Ticket support, network metrics and SSH keys in the panel
The ticket system for every account, network traffic charts on the server page (Netherlands for now), and stored SSH keys for passwordless login.
Over the past few weeks we shipped a few changes to the HIP-Hosting panel and to support.
Ticket-based support
The ticket system is enabled for every account. Requests go straight to the support team and are already being handled.
Network metrics on the server page
The server page now has a Charts section: inbound, outbound and total network traffic over 6 hours, 24 hours, 7 and 14 days, plus a day-by-day breakdown for the last 30 days. For now the feature runs on the Netherlands location as a test; we will enable the metrics on the other sites next. RAM and CPU usage charts are the next step.
SSH keys
A new SSH keys tab is available under Security. Public keys are stored in your account, so you can connect to new Linux servers without a password. Pick a key right in the server creation form; by default it is attached to the root user. The feature is Linux images only.
